1. Collected Personal Data

Account creation data: email address, password, first name, last name, phone number, job title, and company name. The password is visible exclusively to the user who creates the account. In some organizations, accounts may instead be created/provisioned by an organization administrator on behalf of the member.

These data will be stored in the application archive as long as the respective user has an active account in the application.

Publicly displayed profile data (visible to other members of the same organization): name, profile picture, job title, company name, and group/segment affiliation (e.g., industry, sponsor level).

The profile picture is optional for user activity within the application. These data will be stored in the application archive as long as the respective user has an active account in the application.

Messaging, events, polls, forms & bulletin board data: message content, shared media and files, event RSVP responses, attendance status, poll responses, form submissions, and bulletin board posts. These are used to operate the corresponding feature and are visible to the individuals, groups, or organization administrators involved, according to the application mechanism.

These data will be stored in the application archive as long as the respective user has an active account in the application, or as long as required for the organization's record-keeping.

Event registration data: user ID, name, email address, and RSVP/attendance status. These are used to manage event registration, attendance lists, and reminders.

These data will be stored in the application archive as long as the respective user has an active account in the application.

Documents & files: files uploaded (e.g., tickets, invoices, agreements) are stored in personal or shared storage areas within the application and are used exclusively for the purpose for which they were uploaded (e.g., sharing with an individual, a group, or record-keeping).

By participating in polls, forms, or the bulletin board, users agree that their name, username, and submitted content may be visible to other members of their organization or the relevant group/segment, for the purposes of the corresponding feature.

  • withdrawal or cancellation of any decision producing legal effects concerning them, adopted exclusively based on personal data processing carried out by automated means intended to evaluate certain aspects of their personality, such as professional competence, credibility, behavior, or similar aspects;

  • reassessment of any other decision taken against them that significantly affects them, if the decision was adopted exclusively based on data processing meeting the conditions set out in point 1.
